Shipping Information
We normally ship your coffee within 24 hours of roasting from the time your order is received.
All orders up to 7lbs will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
All orders above 7lbs will be shipped via UPS Ground.
Delivery time in most cases averages 2-3 business days for USPS Priority Mail and 5 business days for UPS Ground from the day that the order was placed. Any item that is "out of stock" will be backordered and will be shipped immediately upon its arrival in our warehouse.
We do NOT ship outside the United States.

USPS Priority Mail within the continental United States.
1 to 2 lbs = $5.50
3 to 7 lbs = $10.75
(One order of up to 7lbs. can be shipped by USPS for only $10.75)
*AK, HI residents, add $12.50 to charges above.

Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your coffee, contact us within 10 days from the date of delivery at return@hblcoffeeshop.com for return instructions. Merchandise must be returned per instructions to receive a full refund (minus packing and shipping fees.) Merchandise must be returned with a copy of the invoice and reason for return. It is your responsibility to return merchandise to us the way you received it.
All returns must be received by our warehouse within 30 days from the date of delivery.
